Mats are complimentary for your first visit. After that, you’re welcome to rent a towel for $2.99 or make one yours for $35.

Arrive Early
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. Late entry is not allowed.

Dress to Sweat
Align and Elevate classes are heated (25–30°C). Wear breathable, comfortable clothes.

Tune Out to Tune In
No electronics allowed in the studio. Store phones in lockers on do not disturb and set smartwatches to theater mode.

No In & Outs
If you leave early, re-entry is not permitted. Please exit quietly.

Hydrate Often
Bring a water bottle. We have a refill station.
